About the role:
As Account Manager, you'll build and nurture strategic client relationships by understanding their IT business needs and ensuring their success. Your role is crucial in driving growth through existing accounts while identifying new opportunities for expansion.
In this role you will:
- Build and maintain strategic client relationships.
- Create and implement account growth plans.
- Track and report revenue and headcount metrics.
- Research and identify upselling opportunities.
- Deliver targeted service presentations.
- Generate leads through networking.
- Manage financial reporting.
- Execute deal negotiations.
What you bring to the table:
- 5+ years in IT/Tech Industry sales roles.
- Experience selling IT services specifically.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Marketing and negotiation expertise.
- Excellent presentation abilities.
- US residency required.
- Advanced level of English.
Nice to have:
- Software Engineering or IT background.
- Experience with offshore IT services.
- Track record in software development outsourcing.
