VP of Tower Construction - Cellular, Wireless

The Vice President of Tower Construction will lead all aspects of the company’s national construction operations, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project execution. This executive will oversee internal teams and external partners to deliver a high volume of infrastructure development projects, primarily in the field of digital network deployment. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in civil construction, project controls, and vendor management within a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Focus:
- Direct the end-to-end construction lifecycle, including planning, permitting, execution, closeout, and compliance.
- Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and KPIs across all project locations.
- Lead and mentor a growing team of project managers, site supervisors, and field personnel.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, engineering firms, municipalities, and utility partners.
- Implement scalable processes and systems to support rapid project growth and geographic expansion.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards across all sites.
- Partner cross-functionally with Real Estate, Operations, Legal, and Finance to align project goals with business objectives.
- Serve as a key executive voice in strategic planning and capital project forecasting.
Skill Set:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in construction leadership, with at least 5 years at an executive level.
- Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-site infrastructure development projects.
- Strong understanding of permitting, zoning, and regulatory compliance in complex jurisdictions.
- Exceptional organizational and negotiation skills; ability to lead under pressure.
- Experience in wireless, energy, or utilities sectors is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%).
