Job Details:

  • No outbound or cold calling, all inbound call handling
  • Full Time including rotating weekends.
  • Second shift hours available with night & weekend shift differential pay.
  • Starting salary $18 to $19 per hour or more based on experience
  • Hybrid work model
  • Location: Stevens Point, WI, and Houston, TX Only

Job Description:

The World Service Center handles in-coming calls from travelers and travel advisors interested in learning about our products that may result in an insurance quote or policy sale. Our professional staff utilizes a consultative sales approach to learn about the traveler's needs and recommend an appropriate product to protect against risks associated with their upcoming travel. The sales representative will educate customers on what travel insurance is along with the benefits and coverages of the products designed to support the client's unique travel plans.

Job Requirements:

Key qualities that we are seeking include:

  • A record of providing outstanding customer service (1+ years preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be able to meet state and/or provincial licensing requirements to sell insurance

  • Proven experience in sales is beneficial

  • Ability to respond to high end clientele with professionalism

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
