**Job Title: Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager**

**Location:** Remote (Must be available during EST or CST Time Zone)

**Salary:** $140,000 - $200,000 (including annual bonuses and full benefits)

**Job Summary:**

We are excited to expand our team by adding a skilled and experienced Tax Manager. This role is open to hybrid or fully remote work, depending on your preference and location.

**What You'll Need:**

**Required:**

- Active CPA (strongly preferred) or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification
- At least 5-10+ years of public accounting experience
- At least 3+ years of tax manager experience (including reviewing returns)
- Proficiency in handling S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnership, and/or HNWI returns

**Preferred:**

- Experience with clients in Manufacturing, Real Estate, Law, Construction, Professional Services, and Healthcare
- High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) experience
- Master's degree in Taxation

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and review complex tax returns for corporations and individuals
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
- Stay updated with current tax laws and regulations
- Collaborate with our team to ensure excellent client service
