Job Description
The Administrative Assistant/Student Affairs Coordinator will provide administrative support and general coordination of day-to-day office operations including providing customer service, maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, general bookkeeping, and other administrative support tasks.
Responsibilities and Duties Include:
- Greet visitors, answers phones, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues.
- Perform a wide variety of administrative tasks including data entry and the drafting, editing, and revision of letters, reports, and other materials.
- Provide support to new students; ensuring completion of applications, scheduling interviews, following up on missing information or documents, and creating and sending letters of acceptance.
- Review, enter and submit expenses for reimbursement/payment.
- Assist with processing scholarships and student aid requests.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain calendar.
