Senior Grand Central Analyst
Location: Philadelphia
Seeking a Senior Grand Central Analyst with experience in Epic, specifically Grand Central Certification. This individual should have expertise in full lifecycle implementation, demonstrating proficiency in starting projects from inception. The role will focus on EVS and facility structure within the healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:

• Define and document system scope and objectives based on clinical systems knowledge and user needs.
• Develop system specifications and perform system design across various applications.
• Execute system test plans and anticipate and resolve complex problems.
• Manage medium to large clinical system projects and mentor system analysts.
• Develop detailed system selection criteria based on functional and technical requirements.
• Build effective relationships with clinical partners (physicians, nurses, technologists) during specification, design, and testing phases.
• Clearly and concisely present ideas and solutions to clinical partners.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field/clinical specialty required.
• Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience:

• 4+ years of experience with EMR software application implementations.
• Extensive experience (4+ years) with all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or project life cycle (PLC).
• Minimum of 4 years in a hospital acute care environment as an employee or consultant.

License/Certifications:

• Grand Central Certification required.
