Are you a seasoned underwriting professional with a passion for specialty lines?

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Commercial Lines Field Underwriter to join our Special Risk underwriting unit. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing, underwriting, and pricing complex risks, with a specific focus on Group Affiliated Religious Organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Underwrite and price new and renewal business, ensuring profitability and growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and brokers.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize underwriting processes and improve efficiency.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and risk factors.
Mentor junior underwriters and contribute to team development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of commercial underwriting experience, with a focus on property and casualty insurance.
Proven track record of underwriting Group Affiliated Religious Organizations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of insurance industry practices and regulations.
