Now Hiring: Full-Time Sign Installer Converge Signs is looking for a talented and dependable Sign Installer to join our team in Virginia. In this hands-on position, you’ll install, maintain, and repair a wide range of indoor and outdoor signage. We’re seeking someone who is detail-oriented, safety-minded, and mechanically inclined. What You’ll Get: • Competitive pay: $50,000–$60,000 annually, with overtime opportunities • Travel perks : Per diem when travel is required • Benefits : Health, dental, and vision insurance • Retirement savings : 401(k) with company match • Work-life balance : Paid time off and holidays • Career growth : Training and advancement opportunities • Positive culture: A team-oriented workplace where your contributions matter Take the next step in your career—apply today and become part of the Converge Signs team!Responsibilities: • Install a variety of signs including, but not limited to, LED, illuminated, vinyl, and dimensional signs. • Operate bucket trucks, lifts, and other equipment to safely install signs at various heights and within OSHA standards. • Perform maintenance and repair work on existing signs. • Ensure all installations comply with company standards and local regulations. • Work collaboratively with the installation team to complete projects efficiently and safely with a can do attitude and willingness to tackle challenges if they arise. • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, with proper care of tools, equipment, and company vehicles. • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a sign installer or in a similar role is highly desirable. • Experience operating bucket trucks is highly preferred. • Strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring related to sign installations. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong physical stamina and the ability and willingness to work at heights. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and out-of-town stays as needed.
