Strong understanding of Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce data model.
Experience with data import/export, system integrations, and working with legacy systems.
Experience in implementing Salesforce for sales and marketing functions, with a focus on improving team productivity.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially in dealing with data, process, and functionality gaps within Salesforce.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders to define requirements and implement solutions.
