Aspire is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer! The ideal candidate will be a passionate and innovative individual with a proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions across various mediums using cutting edge technology, like AI. The Senior Graphic Designer will play a key role in tackling our most important projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute creative design solutions for various projects including branding, marketing collateral, digital campaigns, and other promotional materials
• Produce eye-catching materials for various social media platforms and other online presence
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, brand identity, and quality standards
• Collaborate with internal teams for project requirements and objectives
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities
• Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all design assets and channels
• Adapt designs for different platforms and formats for various projects
• Craft persuasive sales copy to accompany visual elements in advertisements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, in-house design team preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other creative design tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
• Ability to problem solve and think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling sales copy

Compensation:

• Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
