About us:
Located below the village of Ramatuelle, near Saint-Tropez, and just one kilometer from the beach, our boutique winery is a small, innovative operation. With 14 hectares of certified biodynamic and organic vineyards, we are committed to crafting natural wines that express the unique terroir of the region. With a production limited to under 10,000 cases per year, we take pride in crafting natural wines making few compromises or interventions. We pursue terroir driven red, white, and rosé wines, fermented with native yeast and finished with limited fining and filtering.
As a member of our team, you’ll join a vibrant group of likeminded individuals with a passion for wine and food.
Our culinary and hospitality program follows the same basic tenets as our farming and winemaking, using local seasonal ingredients that respect our land and those of our suppliers.
We pride ourselves on being pioneers in our region, a small operation with big ambitions, blending traditional techniques with modern practices to create exceptional wines.
As a member of our team you can help us to transmit these messages and values to our customers. We strongly encourage our staff members to learn about our practices and participate in the vineyard activities, especially for our yearly team harvests.
