Scrum Master ( IT Product & Solution Management )

Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Scrum Master for a contract position in Mason, OH. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Qualifications:

• Coach Agile team as scrum master to enable them to be effective and working with Agile principles.
• Coach agile teams to improve quality, speed and team functioning.
• Collaboration & Communication skills to work with Agile team members and leadership.
• Facilitate and lead team meetings
• Track progress of team towards plan and drive awareness of actuals vs. target.
• Work on several projects at one time.

• Lead teams
• Quick Learner
• No special Degree needed - Usually IT or Scrum/ Project Management
• Project management certification
• Level of experience - 3 years o Has understanding of client's environment
• Okay to have Ex - client's Employee (must be compliant to requirements)
• Industry background - IT space, better in the same industry
  • Best to know the difference of Developer and tester. (Scrum Master)
• Plus - When Agile Coach experience
  • More on Scrum Master training the team
• Daily schedule
  • 4 teams
  • 3 different scrums o Sprint planning/ PI planning
  • Progress and goals of the teams
  • Reports
  • Application: Azure DevOps
