We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team and help us continue delivering high-quality products to our customers. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our agile practices are followed and help foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.

### **Job Description**:

We are looking for a Scrum Master to guide our cross-functional teams in agile methodologies, ensuring continuous improvement and the successful delivery of projects. In this role, you will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensure the team is focused on high-priority tasks to achieve project milestones. You will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the Scrum framework and remove any blockers that might hinder the team’s progress.

### **Key Responsibilities**:

* Act as a servant leader, guiding teams in the application of Scrum practices.
* Lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
* Identify and remove any impediments or blockers preventing the team from achieving its objectives.
* Ensure the team follows Agile best practices and Scrum ceremonies.
* Help the team continuously improve its processes and performance.
* Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
* Track and report on team progress, velocity, and other key performance metrics.
* Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and self-organization within the team.
* Assist in scaling agile processes across the organization, if needed.

### **Requirements**:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in a software development environment.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
* Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
* Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remove roadblocks and create a positive, collaborative environment.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Experience with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).

### **Preferred Qualifications**:

* Experience in scaling agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
* Knowledge of DevOps practices.
* Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
* Background in software development or project management is a plus.
