Position Summary: We are seeking seasoned Sales Representatives located in the Nashua, NH area with experience in the physical security industry. The ideal candidate will have an established network of industry contacts and a proven track record of driving sales in a B2B environment. You will be Hunter, responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving aggressive revenue targets by introducing IMSYS Security’s innovative solutions to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Selling: Present tailored security solutions that address client-specific challenges.
  • Business Development: Leverage your industry contacts to identify, prospect, and engage enterprise-level clients.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.
  • Account Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, driving repeat business and account expansion.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proactive Lead Generator & Hunter – Drive new business by identifying and pursuing potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Must be  self-motivated with a proven ability to generate and close leads independently.
  • Proven Closer: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and skillfully negotiate high-value contracts.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in selling physical security products (IP video, access control, RFID solutions, etc.).
  • Established Network: A strong existing Rolodex of industry contacts ready to engage.
  • Consultative Seller: Ability to listen, understand customer needs, and deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Self-Starter: Independent and motivated with a drive for achieving results.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in the physical security or related technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of physical security systems, integrated solutions, and security technology trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, though relevant experience will be considered.
  • Valid driver's license, clean reliable vehicle, and ability to travel as needed.
