Founded in 1964, Sonitrol offers a full line of intelligent security systems that allow our operators to minimize false alarms and maximize apprehensions.

We are currently seeking a full-time motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identifies and prospects new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
• Builds and maintains relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Presents and promotes products/services to prospective clients, ensuring customer needs are met.
• Manages the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.
• Meets or exceeds sales targets.
• Maintains accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM systems.
• Works closely with the management team to generate leads and improve sales strategies.
• Provides feedback and suggestions to improve sales processes and product offerings.
• Stays updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience in Security, Surveillance, Fire Alarm, and Access Control Systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

SCHEDULE:

• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Occasional evenings/weekends as needed
