Strongback Roofing and Construction is an exceptional contractor specializing in residential and commercial roofing, siding and exterior services. This includes repairs, replacements and new installations.

We are currently seeking a Full Time Crew Member in Canton, OH. We are looking for an individual who is dependable, hardworking and willing to learn on the job.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Driver’s license required
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift heavy materials
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to travel on occasion with paid accommodations

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with installation of new roofs
• Replacing damaged roofs
• Repairing leaks
• Installing specialized materials 
• Material handling and preparation
• Safety and compliance
