Role Highlights
The Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant will:
– Source and engage standout candidates through calls, referrals, and outreach
– Nurture lasting relationships with clients and talent across the US
– Shadow senior recruiters to refine your pitch, process, and negotiation skills
– Join client meetings to develop commercial awareness and consultative confidence
– Collaborate with managers to set and smash quarterly growth targets
You Will Need
– 1+ year in a sales, retail, or customer-facing role with measurable success
– A confident communicator who thrives in high-pressure, high-reward environments
