We are looking for individuals who want to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial firm focused on renewable energy. The team is currently looking for a key person to join its talent acquisition efforts, focused on identifying and engaging top talent.

Responsibilities:

• Source and engage top-tier talent, building and maintaining a high-quality candidate pipeline.
• Regularly attend industry conferences and university events to directly identify, engage with, and headhunt top talent
• Execute innovative search strategies, including market mapping and in-depth candidate research.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruiting strategies and sourcing plans.
• Conduct pre-screening and on-site interviews and coordinate interviews for hiring managers.

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience of recruiting for financial institutions or organizations within the renewable energy sector
• Proven track record of headhunting using creative sourcing methods to and engage with prospective talent
• Industry experience and/or interest in the energy transition highly desired
• Commercial demeanor with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Base salary range of $70K-$120K commensurate with experience; total compensation includes comprehensive benefits and bonus eligibility.
