Job description:

• We are seeking a skilled and motivated RF Engineer to design and develop multi-stage, low-noise, high-gain RF pulse amplifier systems . This role requires hands-on experience in RF circuit design, simulation, and testing, with a strong focus on performance optimization and manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, implement, and test multi-stage low-noise RF amplifiers.
• Select and integrate components such as MMICs, LNAs, bias networks, and digital attenuators.
• Operate and interpret results from RF test equipment including signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and vector network analyzers.
• Utilize commercial RF simulation tools such as ADS, CST Studio, and Ansys HFSS.
• Design and integrate shielding solutions for sensitive electronic circuits.
• Perform schematic capture and PCB layout (Altium Designer preferred).
• Calculate and optimize noise figure and signal-to-noise ratio.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other engineering disciplines to ensure manufacturable and scalable solutions.
• Recommend and implement design improvements based on performance data and feedback.
• Ensure designs meet relevant certification and compliance standards.
• Stay current with industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience modeling and simulating analog circuits using LTspice, QUCS, QSPICE, Tina TI, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with high-speed digital signal integrity analysis and best practices.
