Job Location: Silverthorne, Breckenridge, or Keystone

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Property Manager to oversee our multi-family, affordable housing portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our properties, while maintaining strict adherence to relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage on-site staff, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and is in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Ensure that all financial records and reports are accurate and up-to-date, and that all financial transactions are conducted in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure that all properties are properly maintained and that all repairs and maintenance work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure that all properties are in compliance with relevant regulations and compliance requirements, such as LIHTC, Section 8, Section 42, HUD, Section 3, and Rural Development.
  • Monitor and manage all aspects of the leasing process, from marketing and advertising to lease negotiations and move-ins.
  • Work closely with the corporate office to ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed, and to develop and implement new policies and procedures as needed.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of the properties, and make recommendations for improvements as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Senior Living, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, with a focus on multi-family and affordable housing.
  • Experience with LIHTC, Section 8, Section 42, HUD, Section 3, Rural Development, and/or other affordable housing programs preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices, as well as relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and resident relations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
