Job Description

Title: Client Store Online Readiness Program Manager

Location: Austin, TX 78727

Duration: 12 Months

Hybrid (Some flexibility will be needed as required to work onsite on Monday & Friday)

The Client Store Online Readiness Program Manager is responsible for strategizing, planning and successfully managing the launch of Client products and programs worldwide. Aligning people, process and technologies, the Program Manager will ensure the integrity of the launch moment and enhanced by delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will own and manage the detailed Online plan of record, connecting all workstreams, program timelines and deliverables, and ensuring smooth operations of all execution workstreams. Through the program lifecycle, you will manage partner communications, ensuring alignment and clarity. Analyze and track new and emerging risks and develop comprehensive risk mitigation & contingency plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Connecting all teams and workstreams related to the project
  • Collaborate on and influence Online strategy at launch.
  • Own and deliver plan with clear deliverables & timelines.
  • Track and manage evolving priorities with appropriate trade-offs.
  • Drive detailed operational and systems plan of record and implementation, and managing readiness across internal and external systems

Qualifications

  • 5+ years program management experience, managing and delivering strategic initiatives, showcasing ability to connect workstreams to business priorities, strong influencing skills & coordinating members from a broad cross-functional team to work towards one goal/outcome
  • BS/BA degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • Experience with affordability or financing programs, eCommerce, Internet, or multi-channel environment with relevant technical and business acumen preferred
  • Demonstrated success in influencing strategy and direction through data driven insights.
  • IS&T and/or engineering experience not required
  • English business proficiency
