AWS/CES is looking for a Production Supervisor - Third Shift

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000

Shift: Third Shift (10:00 PM to 6:20 AM)

Location: Blue Springs, MO

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) Performance for designated Autonomous Production Groups (GAPs).
• Drive improvement actions and initiatives in collaboration with UAP Manager and other Production Supervisors.
• Manage team performance and personnel issues within assigned GAP(s).
• Ensure daily team management and adherence to standardized work methods.
• Develop the team through proper staffing, training, and individual development plans.
• Support commitments to IATF standards and Environmental Management System (EMS) procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) rules and regulations.
• Participate in training related to Faurecia's Company Vision for Value Creation and Code of Ethics

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of an associate degree in Engineering, with a specialization in Production (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Two to five years of experience in an industrial environment, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Above average communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; experience with eTime is a plus.
