Duration /Term: Long Term Contract

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner Cloud Security with 12+ years of experience to lead and enhance our Cloud Security team. This role combines product management with security architecture to deliver secure, high-impact solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in Cloud Security, strong leadership capabilities, and experience collaborating with technical and business teams to define roadmaps and translate business value into actionable goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Vision and Roadmap :
    Define product vision, roadmap, and strategic growth opportunities. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Agile Product Development :
    Manage product backlogs, create user stories, and lead team scrums to refine and prioritize deliverables.
  • Cloud Security Architecture :
    Translate private cloud implementations into secure, scalable blueprints leveraging Cloud Security products to mitigate risks.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement :
    Partner with internal teams, CISOs, and business stakeholders to enhance customer experience, define requirements, and drive the product vision.
  • Process and Platform Management :
    Design and optimize Kubernetes-based platforms, addressing issues and facilitating migrations from Gen 3 to Gen 4 environments.
  • Automation and Integration :
    Develop integration scripts using EAI tools and design automated solutions leveraging Terraform, Ansible, and Crossplane.
  • Data and Security Governance :
    Implement best practices for IAM, container security, Kubernetes security, and CI/CD security to ensure zero-trust principles and compliance.
  • Dashboard and Reporting :
    Create Grafana dashboards to monitor and optimize customer journeys across applications and Kubernetes platforms.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background :
    • Master s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field, with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
    • Alternatively, a Bachelor s degree in a related field with 7+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience Requirements :
    • Proven experience in Cloud Security, Kubernetes security, and container technologies (EKS, AKS, OpenShift).
    • Strong background in product management and security architecture.
    • Experience designing customer journeys and dashboards using tools like Roadmunk and Grafana.
    • Expertise in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Technical Expertise :
    • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (Python, GO, Bash, Terraform, Ansible).
    • Strong understanding of IAM security, encryption, secrets management, and network security.
    • Experience with IAM Policy as Code frameworks (OPA, Cedar).
  • Soft Skills :
    • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
    • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Certifications (Preferred) :
    • CISSP (mandatory), CISM, CCSP, CISA, CEH, OSCP, or Cloud Architect certifications.
