We are adding to our team in Overland Park, KS and looking for a Product Designer. As a Product Designer, you will have a key role in our Product Management team researching user behavior and designing and validating solutions that meet our business objectives. You will be working on web portal-type applications for various types of healthcare organizations. As a Product Designer, you will be the voice of the user in product development and help us deliver features for both internal and external users.
What you'll do: - Create innovative product solutions that align with business goals and address customer needs.
- Conduct user research and champion user advocacy.
- Assess the effectiveness of solutions and continuously improve them.
- Enhance and promote our design systems within the company.
- Address client and internal team requests promptly and professionally.
- Develop features or initiatives with flexible or limited initial requirements.
- Engage in product or feature work various scrum teams in an Agile environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design strategy and operations.
- Design using custom components or Material UI based on team and product needs.
- Contribute to the application component library for improved reusability.
- Uphold Quest Analytics values and foster a positive company culture.
What you'll need: - Minimum 2 years of experience in product or user experience design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.
- Proficiency with design tools like Figma.
- Skilled in conducting research, creating wireframes, building interactions, prototyping, and testing designs.
- Strong ownership and communication skills for driving design projects.
- Collaborative team player, working well with designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to discern and research additional business and user requirements from stakeholders and experts.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative data (e.g., Pendo Analytics, FullStory) for design decisions.
- Expertise in approaching complex systems to identify problems and ideate solutions.
- Experience in Healthcare, Education, or Finance is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
