Job Description

At Landscape Consultants we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional and personalized landscaping and lawn services. We have expanded our services to include a Personal Gardener to join our team. The Personal Gardener will be the point of contact and account manager for all personalized services. This role serves as the primary contact for clients, building long-term relationships that foster satisfaction, retention, and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Personalized Lawn Maintenance: Deliver hands-on, enhanced lawn care tailored to the specific needs of high-end clientele.
• Planting: Plant annual and perennial plants, ensuring optimal growth and aesthetic appeal.
• Plant Removal: Safely and efficiently remove plants as needed, maintaining the overall design and health of the garden.
• Watering Schedules: Assist in developing and implementing effective watering schedules to promote plant health.
• Property Maintenance: Keep properties in pristine condition through regular, meticulous care and attention to detail.
• Turf Care: Assist in care of turf, to maintain a lush, healthy lawn.
• Plant Health: Monitor and address plant health issues, applying treatments and interventions as necessary to ensure vibrant, thriving gardens.
• Account Management: Manage client accounts with professionalism and responsiveness, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's license, required
• Min. 2 years - horticulture experience. Extensive knowledge of plant care, including annuals, perennials, turf, and seasonal gardening practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
