Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts Department Manager located in Grand Prairie, TX. The Parts Department Manager will oversee day-to-day tasks related to customer satisfaction, inventory control, customer service, service parts, and inventory management within the parts department.

Responsibilities

  • Make sure both Dallas and Houston locations' service departments have all necessary parts in stock and special orders are placed swiftly.
  • Manage distributor relationships and negotiate best costs for all aftermarket parts and gear.
  • Manage other parts department employees. Hire and recruiting more if needed.
  • Make sure online orders are fulfilled and sent to customers quickly.
  • Handle all parts and gear return orders with exceptional customer service.
  • Make sure parts website is up to date and displays accurate information to online customers.
  • Outreach to potential wholesale customers.
  • Bring new and innovative products to our website and department.
  • Manage parts departments P&L and financial performance.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Inventory Control and Inventory Management skills
  • Experience in Service Parts
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of powersports industry is a plus
