A leading dairy company is seeking a rockstar Outside Food Sales Representative to join their team and take our business to new heights!

The Opportunity

As our Outside Food Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our company, managing and growing our customer base in the thriving West Michigan Market. This is a fully remote position with the flexibility to work from home while conquering your territory.

What You'll Do

• Hunt for New Business : Unleash your prospecting skills to identify and secure new accounts, from school districts to convenience stores.
• Grow Existing Accounts : Nurture relationships with current customers, upselling and cross-selling of our delicious product range.
• Crush Sales Targets : Develop and execute killer sales strategies to exceed your goals.
• Be a Product Expert : Master our product lineup and become the go-to resource for all things dairy and frozen foods.
• Analyze and Adapt : Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in the food industry
• A proven track record of maintaining accounts while aggressively pursuing new business
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to work independently and manage your time like a pro
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your assigned territory
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
