Job Description

Rocky Mountain Men’s Clinic , a high-performing healthcare organization specializing in men’s health and wellness, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee two of our five successful Colorado clinics — Fort Collins and Westminster locations .

This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence, financial performance, staffing and a consistent 5-star patient experience across both locations.

We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is passionate about building and leading teams that deliver exceptional patient care.

What You’ll Do

Operational & Financial Leadership

  • Lead day-to-day operations and staffing for two clinics, ensuring consistent execution of company standards and protocols.
  • Manage clinic financials including supply ordering, inventory, and expense control.
  • Partner with regional leadership on staffing models, forecasting, and growth initiatives.
  • Track KPIs, identify trends, and implement action plans to meet performance goals.

Team Leadership

  • Hire, lead, coach, and develop both clinical and administrative team members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a culture of accountability and engagement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to promote a positive, professional, and patient-focused work environment.

Patient Experience & Compliance

  • Champion a 5-star patient experience across all touchpoints.
  • Review patient feedback and implement process improvements.
  • Oversee in-house labs and ensure full compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and company policies.
  • Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and clinical quality.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of healthcare operations or clinic management experience (multi-site preferred).
  • 2+ years of people management and onboarding
  • Strong understanding of medical compliance, inventory, and team leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (advanced certification a plus).
  • Proficiency with EMR/EHR and operational systems.
  • A data-driven leader who balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
