As a nursing faculty member, you will play a vital role in facilitating the learning journey of nursing students. You will empower them with the essential knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to deliver safe, cost-effective, and collaborative care to clients, families, and communities.

Your responsibilities
will include:

Creating engaging and dynamic learning environments to foster cognitive, affective, and psychomotor outcomes.
Developing students' behavioral and socialization skills, aligning with the standards expected of nursing professionals.
Assessing and evaluating student success to ensure they meet learning objectives.
Participating in curriculum design and evaluating program outcomes to enhance educational effectiveness.
Acting as a change agent in the field of nursing education, demonstrating excellence in teaching and nursing practice.
Continuously seeking quality improvements in your role as a nursing educator.
