Key Basis delivers concierge-style wellness, providing iron infusions, IV therapy, and more directly to clients’ homes in Miami. Due to growing demand, we’re expanding our team.

We’re seeking a part-time Mobile Nurse Practitioner to manage and deliver in-home iron infusions in Miami, working  one day a week . You’ll conduct virtual consultations, review lab tests, prescribe dosing and schedules, and administer infusions, ensuring safe, personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual consultations to assess client eligibility for iron infusions.
• Order and interpret lab tests (e.g., Hb, ferritin, TSAT, serum phosphate).
• Prescribe individualized iron infusion dosages and schedules.
• Administer in-home iron infusions.
• Monitor for adverse reactions (e.g., hypophosphatemia, hypersensitivity) and adjust plans.
• Maintain accurate client records.

Work Schedule:

Work  one day a week for consultations and infusions. Candidates must have  two days a week available for scheduling flexibility.

Pay:

Per service, highly competitive. TBD.

• Valid Florida Nurse Practitioner license with prescriptive authority.
• 2+ years of NP experience, preferably with iron infusions or IV therapy.
• Proficient in ordering and interpreting lab tests and prescribing treatments.
• Able to manage risks (e.g., hypophosphatemia, hypersensitivity).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a mobile setting.
• Two days a week available for scheduling.
• Comfortable traveling to clients’ homes in Miami.
