About the Role:

As the Mechanical Project Engineer , you’ll play a crucial role in delivering fully customized automation solutions. You’ll oversee each project from initial concept through to completion, serving as the Lead Designer, Project Manager, and Applications Engineer. This all-encompassing role allows you to shape each project’s technical direction, collaborate closely with clients, and ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Design : Develop and refine unique designs tailored to client specifications, applying industry best practices.
• Project Management : Oversee project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
• Applications Engineering : Serve as the technical expert, working directly with clients to define requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
• Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients to create tailored solutions for complex challenges in automation.

What You Bring:

• Engineering Expertise : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) with hands-on experience in industrial automation or similar fields.
• Project Leadership : Proven experience in managing the end-to-end project cycle, with a strong grasp of project timelines, resources, and client needs.
• Technical Proficiency : Expertise in design, development, and applications engineering, particularly for custom automation projects.
