Manufacturing Engineer with experience in Aircraft seating Assembly Operation Process

Job Description:

Skill Set:

• Experience in Aircraft seating Assembly Operation Process

Technical Skills:

• Aircraft seating visual work instruction / assembly operation process experience preferred
• To develop new build Sequence in concurrence with the Cross-functional teams of Design & Manufacturing
• Good knowledge of managing projects and people, both locally and remotely, on day-to-day basis, with demonstration of 'Lead by example' behaviour
• Leads positive, team relationships with internal and external customers, as well as co-workers
• Implementation of better optimised assembly processes

Tool Skills:

• Assembly Planner, CATIA V5

Relevant Experience:

• Min 6 Years

Special Requirements:

• Identifies and anticipates technical problems and offers solutions
• Ability to apply complex and non-routine analysis
• Experience with assembly process in an Aerospace Environment
• Experience in assembly tooling
• Aerospace experience is strongly
• Customer facing experience
• Ability to use test equipment and inspection equipment
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of industry standards, i.e. ASME Y14.5
• Process engineering
• Responsible for the implementation of visual work instruction / assembly operation process
• Reviews with customer
• Working knowledge of quality system models such as ISO9000, AS9100
