Salary and Benefits Overview:
- This position in non-exempt and starts at $19.75/hr, moving to $23.25/hr after 3 months and upon qualifying to run entry-level assays

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.A./B.S. in lab sciences or similar field
- Proficient in basic algebraic and statistical calculations
- Working knowledge of safe chemical handling procedures
- Ability to read and follow MSDS/SDS requirements
- Prior data analysis training or experience, including use of statistics and software calculation tools (Excel preferred)
- Knowledge and understanding of QC/QA analyses
- Ability to follow written Standard Operating Procedures with minimal supervision
- Ability to function effectively and professionally in a team environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- No travel required
- Relocation costs to Visalia not provided
