Your Role

• Litigation Management: Take an active role in all stages of employment litigation, from pleadings to trial preparation, representing clients in cases involving discrimination, harassment, and wage disputes.
• Courtroom Advocacy: Appear in state and federal courts across New York and New Jersey, managing hearings, depositions, and motions.
• Client Collaboration: Advise clients on complex employment law matters, providing strategic solutions tailored to their needs.
• Trial Prep : Assist in developing case strategies, preparing witnesses, and supporting trial teams in high-stakes cases.

• Licensed Litigator: Admitted to practice in New York, with a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
