Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Data Specialist to join our dynamic clientcentered team. In this role you will develop skills in managing and utilizing compliance data to address customer inquiries about information security privacy and industry best practices. Youll gain handson experience with tools such as OneTrust Asana Google Workspace and Smartsheet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage compliance data to create and document responses to customer questions.
• Compile and submit final responses in the required format or portal.
• Assist in daily tasks related to our Data Protection Compliance program.
• Take on additional compliance and privacyrelated duties as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelors degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
• No prior experience required; however a background in compliance information security or data management is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Gmail Chat Meet Docs etc.).
• Familiarity with compliance standards like NIST ISO GDPR etc. is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must be flexible to work some later evenings (until 6 PM) to accommodate meetings with the USA.
