This position requires a highly motivated and skilled attorney with at least 2 years of experience in immigration law. Duties:

• Manage a high volume of cases, including motion practice and appearances in Immigration Court
• Work independently while managing multiple tasks and prioritizing deadlines
• Deliver exceptional client service with a focus on clear communication
• Quickly adapt to various software applications and tools used for case management
• Maintain composure in high-pressure situations, ensuring positive client interactions
• Foster strong relationships with clients, de-escalating stressful scenarios effectively

Requirements:

• Bar admission in any jurisdiction
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in immigration law
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with attention to detail
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Proficient in using legal technology and case management software

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Bar Admission in any jurisdiction
