Our top healthcare client is looking for an IT Project Coordinator in St. Louis, MO to join their team! Candidates must have experience with healthcare project coordination to be considered for this role.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and executives to build and maintain project plans, help drive their clinical AI efforts, and ensure alignment between business goals and IT deliverables. This position is 100% onsite - we are only able to consider candidates who currently live in the St. Louis, MO area at this time for this position.

6 month contract to hire position with benefits available on contract

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination or project management experience within an IT-focused healthcare environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in working with executive-level stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar.
• Basic understanding of IT systems and terminology.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with healthcare compliance or clinical systems
• Exposure to Agile or other project management methodologies
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable tasks
