Are you an experienced Fire Protection Engineer looking for a new challenge, where you will have the autonomy to lead from the front without bureaucracy or restriction?

This is a chance to lead and expand a Fire Protection practice at a well-respected engineering consulting firm. You will manage the design and delivery of fire protection systems, mentor a skilled team, and work with architects, owners, and contractors on important projects.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the design, reporting, and specifications of fire protection systems.
• Guide proposals and secure work in the fire protection market.
• Supervise and mentor engineers while developing best practices.
• Handle construction administration tasks such as submittals, RFIs, and punch lists.
• Work across different areas and build strong relationships with clients.

What You'll Bring:

• B.S. in Engineering is preferred.
• A PE license is required; a FPE license is preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in fire protection design across various project types.
