Executive Security Officer (ESO)

Location: New York

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Security Officer (ESO) to join our team. This armed professional will be responsible for maintaining safety and security across a campus and its satellite locations, ensuring the highest standards of protection for people and property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to active or perceived threats across the campus with an appropriate level of force, including lethal force, if necessary.
• Oversee and ensure the effective delivery of security and safety services across the campus and satellite locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Support Corporate Security with the implementation of local projects and change management initiatives.
• Manage and oversee daily security operations, ensuring the client's security team operates efficiently and fulfills its protection responsibilities.
• Develop, train, and prepare local teams on Emergency Response Procedures and Incident Response Plans, ensuring protocols are clearly understood and practiced through drills and exercises.

Qualifications:

• Law Enforcement, Military, or Executive Protection experience is preferred.
• Must hold a valid New York Armed Guard license.
• Strong leadership and operational management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in emergency response planning and team training is a plus.
