Are you an experienced, go-getter Executive Assistant looking for your next big challenge? A prestigious Los Angeles-based venture capital firm, with an impressive portfolio in the tech and consumer goods sectors, is on the hunt for an exceptional, self-motivated Executive Assistant to support their CEO and C-Suite team. This is your chance to become an integral part of a rapidly growing and innovative firm where your contributions will directly shape the future of game-changing companies.

What’s in it for you? This is not just any assistant role—this is a unique opportunity to work with dynamic and visionary leaders in a high-growth environment. You'll gain invaluable exposure to the inner workings of a leading venture capital firm, play a pivotal role in supporting the executive team, and grow alongside an organization that’s truly shaping the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support top-tier leadership: Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and C-Suite team, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Manage the executive calendar: Coordinate complex scheduling, meetings, and prioritize the CEO’s time efficiently.
  • Global travel coordination: Organize domestic and international travel with precision, ensuring every detail is covered.
  • Research & strategic support: Prepare for board meetings by conducting in-depth research and compiling comprehensive meeting notes.
  • Event planning and coordination: Assist in organizing company events and social gatherings to promote team bonding and culture.
  • Pitch-perfect presentations: Create stunning pitch decks and presentations that will leave a lasting impression on investors and stakeholders.
  • Office management & special projects: Be the go-to person for office operations and ad-hoc special projects that drive the firm’s success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience: Minimum of 5+ years as an executive assistant supporting C-Suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills: A true multitasker who thrives in a dynamic setting and can prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills—clear, concise, and professional.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; bonus points for familiarity with other business tools and platforms.
  • Team player: You’re adaptable, proactive, and a go-getter who thrives in collaborative, high-energy environments.
  • Education: A BA degree is preferred but not required—what matters most is your passion and experience!
  • Onsite presence: You’re excited to be in the office 5 days a week, contributing to the team’s success from day one.
