We are partnering with a Venture Capital Firm with a proven record of success, looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant to join one of their rapidly growing, biotech-focused portfolio companies. This is an amazing opportunity to do meaningful work with a high-impact organization.
This role will be the right hand to the executive team, assisting with everything from travel arrangements and complex calendar management, to sourcing and managing vendor relationships, to prepping materials for high level meetings and managing events. They are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience partnering with high level executives, who is capable of anticipating needs, engaging in, and encouraging a phenomenal culture.
