Position Title: Executive Assistant I

Location: El Segundo, CA

Duration: 6 plus Months contract

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provides assistance by organizing and prioritizing the brand president’s calendars in alignment with both strategic priorities and matters requiring immediate attention Ensure forward planning and offer solutions to address relative issues Prepare and format information for both internal and external distribution Collect and synthesize information to prepare the brand president for high-level meetings Attend meetings in order to track and help drive completion of key deliverables, following up on outstanding items to ensure timely execution Coordinate travel arrangements, develop itineraries, manage pre-and post- logistics Establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers and retail partners Manage legal documentation flow Plan, manage and execute special projects and assignments Serves as a liaison between multiple team leaders to ensure project completion Provide support to the overall leadership team as needed
