Singnala is seeking enthusiastic Event Staff members in Austin, TX, to assist in event planning and execution. This role includes setting up venues, managing event logistics, and ensuring a great experience for attendees.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, including arranging furniture and decor as required.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs throughout the event.
• Monitor event logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to schedule.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and setup of services during the event.
• Help manage registrations and guest lists, ensuring accuracy and providing assistance when needed.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in event spaces before, during, and after events.
