Estimator – Commercial Painting

Bridgeview, IL | Full-Time | $65,000–$70,000/year + Benefits

What You’ll Be Working On:

As our Estimator, you’ll help drive projects forward by accurately preparing bids and proposals for a wide range of commercial projects:

• Review blueprints, specifications, and project documentation from ITBs
• Attend pre-bid walkthroughs as needed
• Interpret scopes and perform detailed takeoffs using estimating software
• Generate and submit competitive, well-documented proposals
• Track bid status and maintain a follow-up list
• Collaborate with vendors for accurate material pricing

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of blueprint estimating or related experience
• Proficiency with takeoff software and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Reliable, eager to learn, and a true team player
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
