We are seeking an experienced professional with excellent communication skills, expert-level computer proficiency, and experience in a fast-paced corporate environment to work with the Environment, Health, and Safety staff in tracking and reporting on environmental, health, and safety projects, with particular emphasis on risk management in waste recycling and disposal.
Must be a self-starter who works well under pressure and can manage multiple priorities and tasks concurrently.
This position is approximately 70% data gathering, processing, evaluation, and reporting and 30% email, telephone, and face-to-face communication.
Must be able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, suppliers, and other contractors.
At least three years’ experience with formatting and presentation of large data sets; professional experience in the environmental or related regulatory field; a working knowledge of regulatory and public policy systems; and a working knowledge of waste recycling and disposal.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; Expert skills in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Excel.
Experience working within corporate databases
Expert PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Gmail, and Google Apps)

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
