Job Title: Environmental Technologies Compliance Specialist
Location: Austin, TX ( Onsite )

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized Environmental Technologies Compliance Specialist with a background in engineering or science and a strong commitment to environmental sustainability and user safety. In this role, you will support hardware product development by managing documentation, ensuring process accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development Support: Assist in product development activities by coordinating tasks, tracking milestones, and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Documentation Management: Create and maintain process documentation, manufacturing documents, and Bills of Materials to support efficient project execution.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to support seamless project progress, providing updates and addressing potential issues.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure product development aligns with quality standards, safety requirements, and environmental sustainability goals.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes for greater efficiency and accuracy in product development workflows.

Qualifications:

• Education: AS/BS degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a hardware product development environment.
• Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, experience with documentation, familiarity with Bills of Materials, and proficiency in productivity software (spreadsheets, Keynote).
