Are you outgoing, motivated, and ready to kickstart your career in solar sales? As an Entry-Level Solar Sales Appointment Setter , you'll play a key role in helping homeowners transition to renewable energy. Your primary responsibility will be to knock on doors, engage with potential customers, and schedule appointments for our experienced closers to finalize solar installations.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $70,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

• Knock on doors in assigned territories and introduce homeowners to the benefits of solar energy
• Educate potential customers about Capital Energy's offerings in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule appointments for closers to present customized solar solutions.
• Track and report leads, appointments, and follow-ups using our CRM system

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Clean driving record and reliable personal vehicle
• Previous sales experience
