We are is seeking an Entry Level Event Coordinator to plan and execute events that support wildlife conservation efforts. This role involves coordinating logistics, liaising with vendors, and ensuring the success of each event.
Key Responsibilities - Assist in the planning and execution of events.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue, catering, and transportation.
- Communicate with vendors and stakeholders.
- Support promotional efforts and event marketing.
- Manage event budgets and timelines.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
