Job Description

The Enrollment Agent is responsible for interacting directly with potential customers to support our clients customer acquisition and sales efforts in the Long Beach area. 

Enrollment Agent Responsibilities: 

• Interact directly with prospective customers through strategic community outreach initiatives 
• Engage with customers to determine what options they may qualify for 
• Explain the options available to customers, answer their questions and provide the best option to fit their needs 
• Facilitate the enrollment process for new customers 
• Ensure all customer information is accurate and recorded correctly 
• Meet with fellow team members to stay up to date on all available promotions and product updates 

Enrollment Agent  Requirements: 

• At least some experience in a customer facing role such as retail, food or service industry, hospitality or sales preferred 
• A comfortability working in a fast paced and high energy sales environment 
• A natural ability to problem solve and think on your feet
• Based locally and able to travel around the Long Beach area 
• Able to commute to our office in Long Beach for any scheduled shift
