Job Purpose The primary purpose of this role is to support the Ice Cream Customer Business Manager and cross functional Target Ice Cream team in delivering proactive analysis and insights, monitoring business performance, designing custom sell in stories and actioning on opportunities / risks to grow the business. Additionally, this role is tasked with management of the eCommerce business including assortment, set up, optimization, activation and asset management. Strong interaction between both internal and external stakeholders is required Key Responsibilities The position will require advanced skills in analysis, project management and eCommerce with strong proficiency in excel and eCommerce portfolio management. The associate CBM (aCBM) is expected to have proficient knowledge of data systems such as IRI/Circana, Numerator, and retailer specific platforms. The aCBM is responsible for weekly analysis and reporting of sales trends, shopper analysis, competitive activity and creating actionable insights from the analysis of these trends. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and creating various sales materials for presentations to the Customer, Brands and Internal teams. Additionally, as the aCBM you will own and manage the eCommerce Ice Cream business for Target with full responsibility for search optimization, portfolio management, promotion, etc. focused on increasing penetration and conversation of our Ice Cream portfolio at Target.com.
